Open space with offices

In the case of renting an area of more than 100 sqm, the lease terms are determined individually. The total monthly amount is the rent + utilities and maintenance of common parts. In the case of renting space above 100 m2, the amount of charges for utilities and maintenance of common parts (electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste disposal, cleaning of common parts) is determined individually and settled in proportion to the m2 of rented space.

The security deposit for areas over 100 sqm is set individually.

Finishing standard
. Our office units have finished electrical wiring, lighting, wood flooring, white walls, air conditioning (select units), access to shared bathrooms and kitchens, and select units have their own bathroom and/or access to water and drainage.
