In the case of renting an area of more than 100 m2, the rental conditions are determined individually.
The total monthly amount is rental + utilities and maintenance.

In the case of renting an area of more than 100 m2, the amount of fees for utilities and maintenance of common areas  (electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste disposal cleaning of common areas) is determined individually and settled in proportion to the m2 of the rented area.

Security deposit for areas over 100 m2 is determined individually.

Finish standard
Our office premises have ready-made electrical installation, lighting, wooden floor, white walls, air conditioning (selected premises), access to shared bathrooms and kitchen, and selected premises have their own bathroom and / or access to water and drainage.
