Office premises

We conclude flexible lease agreements for an indefinite period with a two-month notice period.
The total monthly amount is rental +  lump sum for utilities and maintenance of common areas.

The amount of lump sum for utilities and maintenance of common areas  (electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste collection, cleaning of common areas) is < strong>PLN 15.00 net/m2.

The Security deposit is equal to two months’ gross rent plus a lump sum for utilities and maintenance of common areas.

Finish standard
Our office premises have ready-made electrical installation, lighting, wooden floor, white walls, air conditioning (selected premises), access to shared bathrooms and kitchen, and selected premises have their own bathroom and / or access to water and drainage.
