When renting offices and offices, we offer flexible contracts with a two-month notice period. Upon request, we can also consider multi-year contracts customized to the individual tenant’s needs.

For restaurant spaces, commercial premises and open space, the contract period is determined individually.

The rental fee includes unlimited access to the leased space. A single fixed fee for utilities and maintenance of common areas provides access to electricity, water, heating, waste disposal services and cleaning of common areas.

The amount of the security deposit for single offices is equal to two times the gross monthly rent, including payment for utilities and maintenance of common areas. However, in commercial premises, restaurants and open space, the deposit is determined on an individual basis.

In the case of premises available immediately, you will receive the keys on the day of signing the contract. In other situations, the date of receipt of premises is agreed individually with our representative.

Yes, this is possible. However, at the end of the contract, you are required to deregister your business premises from the leased premises within 30 days.

The furnishings include lighting, curtains, electrical points and wooden flooring. However, furniture is not included as part of the furnishings.

Of course, at the beginning of each month, we issue a VAT invoice for the current month’s rent and the fee for utilities and maintenance of common areas. Payment should be made by the 15th of the month.

No, furnishing the units is left up to the lessee.

There is no general Wi-Fi access in the building, but each unit has its own fiber-optic connection and it is possible to contract with a provider on your own.

Not all premises are equipped with air conditioning. If you would like to find out if a particular unit is air-conditioned, we encourage you to contact our office.

Yes, there is central heating in the building, and heating costs are included in the utility charges.

For single offices electricity costs are already included in the monthly flat fee for utilities. For restaurants and commercial premises electricity consumption is billed on the basis of sub-meters.

The building is equipped with a digital intercom system, allowing access by individual code, which allows free entry at any time.

The closest parking is available in the underground garage of the National Forum of Music, just 200 meters from the building. This public, paid parking lot offers several dozen parking spaces around.

Depending on the location in the building, from the windows you can enjoy a panoramic view of Wroclaw including Solny Square, Karol Szajnocha Street or Kazimierza Wielkiego Street. The view shows, the vibrant landscape of the city and its unique charm.
